The soap dispenser disintegrated after 3 days of use. Most of the chrome has now chipped off and the product is going into the garbage where it belongs. Shame on Steeltek for even thinking about selling this sub-standard product.

On 5-2-09 I was billed for a Steeltek Orleans Soap/Lotion pump. Within a month the pump was falling apart . The bottom non-slip pad came off and the pad itself was coming apart. Also at the same time the chrome color began to come off leaving the metal or cermaic exposed. It is totally unusable and was so after a month of service.

I want my money back. Where do I send the pump?
