We only have one good wall for a regular towel rack but we have 2 adults and 2 children who use that bathroom so I needed a way to keep several towels handy in the bathroom. This towel rack solved the problem. It took my handy-man a solid 5 minutes to screw it into the wood behind the sheetrock. It's stable and holds bath towels, hand towels, and washclothes nicely. =)

YouRemodel has excellent customer service. I purchased the Chrome Hotel Towel Rack, but it wasn't deep enough to hold my towels. I had to return the item, and YouRemodel gave me a prompt refund. It looks good and works well for what it is, but it came packed only with wood screws, I had to get drywall anchors for it.

The rack is smaller than I thought it would be, which could be a good or bad thing depending on how you look at it. It's kind of hard to squeeze towels and wash cloths in, but at the same time, it hold them in place pretty well. It only has 2 screws to mount it onto the wall. I went out and picked up some molly's to keep it secure since I was mounting it onto drywall. It still wobbles a bit, but it works.
